REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1968 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1966.*

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (a ) of sub-regulation (1.) the words “Three dollars” and inserting in their stead the words “Four dollars”; and(
b ) by omitting from paragraph (b ) of sub-regulation (1.) the words “Two dollars and twenty-five cents” and inserting in their stead the words “Three dollars”.* Notified in the
Commonwealth Gazette on 1969.
