Exports (Fish) Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905.

Fees for officers’ services

Regulation 36 of the Exports (Fish) Regulations is amended—

  • (a)

    by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “$3.20” and substituting “$4.80”;

  • (b)

    by omitting from paragraph (1) (aa) “$3.90” and substituting “$6”;

  • (c)

    by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “$2.35” and substituting “$3.60”; and

  • (d)

    by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) “$2.35” and substituting “$3.60”.
