STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1960 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1950.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

AMENDMENTS OF THE EXPORTS (DRIED FRUITS) REGULATIONS.
“2. The currants shall comply with the provisions of paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Item 11.”.
(
a ) by adding at the end of paragraph 1 in the second column the words “if produced from White Muscatel grapes, or a 17/32 inch riddle if produced from Waltham Cross grapes”; and(
b ) by omitting from paragraph 2 in the second column the figures “10” and inserting in their stead the figures “15”.
