This Declaration is the Export Market Development Grants (Iran Sanctions) Repeal Declaration 2016.

This Declaration comes into effect on 18 January 2016.

The Export Market Development Grants (Iran Sanctions) Declaration 2008 is repealed, with effect from 17 January 2016.
