This instrument is the Export Market Development Grants (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Sanctions) Declaration 2019.

This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.

This instrument is made under section 44 of the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

5  Declaration — Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

For section 44 of the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is declared to be a country that is subject to trade sanctions.
