This Declaration is the Export Market Development Grants (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Sanctions) Declaration 2009.

2              Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Declaration — Democratic People’s Republic of Korea

For section 44 of the Export Market Development Grants Act 1997, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is declared to be a country that is subject to trade sanctions.
