Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulation under the Export Inspection

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 October 1990.
2.1 The Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Omit paragraphs (aa), (a) and (b), substitute;
“(a) dairy produce;
(b) dried tree fruit (other than prunes);
(c) dried vine fruit;
(d) eggs;
(e) fish.”.

4.1 Subregulation 5 (1):
After paragraph (aa), insert:
“(ab) dried tree fruit (other than prunes) is:
(i) $59 for each half hour or part of that period for each attendance by an authorised officer; and
(ii) $5 for each quarter of an hour or part of that period for an external export inspection service carried out by an authorised officer that:
(a) relates to the preparation of documentation for the export of the fruit; and
(b) is carried out at an office of the Department or at an office of a Department of the Government of a State or of a Territory;
(ac) dried vine fruit is:
(i) $59 for each half hour or part of that period for each attendance by an authorised officer; and
(ii) $5 for each quarter of an hour or part of that period for an external export inspection service carried out by an authorised officer that:
(a) relates to the preparation of documentation for the export of the fruit; and
(b) is carried out at an office of the Department or at an office of a Department of the Government of a State or of a Territory.”.
