Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Act 1985.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 5 (Rates of charge)

2.1   Paragraph 5 (1) (c):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

• “(c)

  for an establishment relating to dried fruits—$105 for the first half hour or a part of that half hour, and $35 for each subsequent quarter hour or a part of a quarter hour; and”.

2.2   Paragraph 5 (2) (c):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

• “(c)

  for a service relating to dried fruits—$105 for the first half hour or a part of that half hour, and $35 for each subsequent quarter hour or a part of a quarter hour; and”.
