Export Inspection (Service Charge)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1986.

Rates of Charge

2. Regulation 5 of the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “$30” and substituting “$36”;

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraphs (1) (b) (i) and (ii) “$50” and substituting “$75”;

(c) by omitting from sub-paragraph (1) (c) (i) “$12” and substituting “$13”;

(d) by omitting from sub-paragraph (1) (c) (ii) “$15” and substituting “$16”; and

(e) by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) “$45” and substituting “$48”.
