Export Inspection (Service Charge)

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 October 1989.

Imposition of charge

2. Regulation 4 of the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (c), (d) and (e).

Rates of charge

3. Regulation 5 of the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (aa) “$49” and substituting “$66”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “$49” and substituting “$66”;

(c) by omitting from subparagraph (1) (b) (i) “$50” and substituting “$54”;

(d) by omitting from subparagraph (1) (b) (ii) “$50” and substituting “$54”;

(e) by omitting from subparagraph (1) (b) (ii) “aggregate; and” and substituting “aggregate.”;

(f) by omitting paragraph (1) (c).
