Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Act 1985.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 16 December 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 5 (Rates of charge)

3.1   Paragraph 5 (1) (b):

Omit “$60”, substitute “$66”.

3.2   Paragraph 5 (1) (b):

Omit “$30”, substitute “$33”.

3.3   Paragraph 5 (2) (b):

Omit “$60”, substitute “$66”.

3.4   Paragraph 5 (2) (b):

Omit “$30”, substitute “$33”.
