1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Amendment of Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations 1985

Schedule 1 amends the Export Inspection (Service Charge) Regulations1985.

substitute

1. (1)

   For subsection 7 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge for the provision of an export inspection service at an establishment relating to dairy products is $60 for the first half hour or a part of that half hour, and $30 for each subsequent quarter hour or part of a quarter hour.

2. (2)

   For subsection 7 (2) of the Act, the rate of charge for the provision of an external export inspection service relating to dairy products is $60 for the first half hour or a part of that half hour, and $30 for each subsequent quarter hour or part of a quarter hour.
