Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Act 1985.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 13 January 1998.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule (Rates of charge)

3.1   Item 1:

Omit “13.5 cents”, substitute “10.8 cents”.

3.2   Item 2:

Omit “5.1 cents”, substitute “3.8 cents”.

3.3   Item 3:

Omit “$1”, substitute “80 cents”.

3.4   Item 4:

Omit “$5”, substitute “$4”.
