Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Act 1985.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule

3.1   Item 1:

Omit “$5.00”, substitute “$2.86”.

3.2   Item 3:

Omit “$9.27”, substitute “$5.29”.

3.3   Item 4:

Omit “$7.87”, substitute “$4.49”.

3.4   Item 19:

Omit “31 cents”, substitute “35 cents”.

3.5   Item 20:

Omit “31 cents”, substitute “35 cents”.

3.6   Item 21:

Omit “81 cents”, substitute “91 cents”.

3.7   Item 22:

Omit “81 cents”, substitute “91 cents”.
