Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on a day notified by the Minister in the Gazette for the purposes of this regulation.

Amendment of Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Regulations 1985
Schedule 1 amends the Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Regulations 1985.

Rates of charge
For subsection 7 (1) of the Export Inspection (Quantity Charge) Act 1985, the rate of charge for grain is 11 cents for each tonne or part of a tonne.
