1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 October 1990.
2.1 The Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Paragraphs 4 (1) (a) and (b):
Omit the paragraphs, substitute:
“(a) dried tree fruit (other than prunes);
(b) dried vine fruit;
(c) fish;
(d) poultry meat.”.

4.1 Paragraph 6 (a):
Omit “the Schedule”, substitute “Schedule 1”.
4.2 Paragraph 6 (b):
Omit “the Schedule”, substitute “Schedule 1”.
4.3 Add at the end:
“; and (c) in relation to the registration of an establishment specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 2, the rate of charge is the rate per annum specified in Column 3 of the item.”.
5.1 Omit
6.1 After Schedule 1, add:
