Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of the Export Control (Wild Game Meat and Wild Game Meat Products) Orders 2010.

Amendment of Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations 1985

Schedule 1 amends the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations 1985.
