  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations 1985

Schedule 1 amends the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations 1985.

(1A)For section 6 of the Act, in relation to the registration of an establishment for the processing, packing or storage of fish or fish products, the charge for an application for the registration of the establishment is $334.
