(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charge) Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1987.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charge) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from Item 1 “2,000” and substituting “1,800”;

(b) by omitting from Item 2 “2,000” and substituting “1,800”;

(c) by omitting from Item 3 “2,000” and substituting “2,160”;

(d) by omitting from Item 4 “900” and substituting “810”;

(e) by omitting from Item 5 “900” and substituting “810”;

(f) by omitting from Item 6 “900” and substituting “810”;

(g) by omitting from Item 7 “940” and substituting “850”;

(h) by omitting from Item 8 “200” and substituting “180”;

(j) by omitting from Item 8a “200” and substituting “216”;

(k) by omitting from Item 9 “300” and substituting “270”; and

(l) by omitting from Item 10 “340” and substituting “310”.
