Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection Charges Collection Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1987.

Attendances by authorised officers to which section 3a of the Act does not apply

2. Regulation 2aof the Export Inspection Charges Collection Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a).
