I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection Charge Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1985.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Export Inspection Charge Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from Item 1 “$1.16” and substituting “$1.26”;

(b) by omitting from Item 2 “$1.64” and substituting “$2.13”;

(c) by omitting from Item 3 “$2.57” and substituting “$2.80”;

(d) by omitting from Item 4 “$1.97” and substituting “$2.13”;

(e) by omitting from Item 5 “$4.80” and substituting “$5.20”; and

(f) by omitting from Item 6 “$4.80” and substituting “$5.20”.
