I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 7 March 1995.

1.1 The Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.1 Paragraphs 4 (1) (i) and (k):
Omit the paragraphs.
2.2 Subregulation 4 (1A):
Omit “dried fruit, fish, processed fruit or processed vegetables,”, substitute “dried fruit or fish,”.
3.1 Item 1, Column 2:
Omit “products, processed fruit or processed vegetables”, substitute “products”.
3.2 Item 6, Column 2:
Omit “fish, dairy products, processed fruit or processed vegetables”, substitute “fish or dairy products”.
3.3 Item 7, Column 2:
Omit “fish, dairy products, processed fruit or processed vegetables”, substitute “fish or dairy products”.
3.4 Item 12, Column 2:
Omit “vessel.”, substitute “vessel or is not associated with the preparation, storage or inspection of processed fruit or processed vegetables for export”.
