Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Act 1985.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1 (Registration charges for non-meat establishments)

3.1   Item 5, Column 2:

Paragraph 5 (c):

Omit the paragraph.

3.2   Item 6, Column 2:

Omit “or dairy products”.

3.3   Item 7, Column 2:

Omit “or dairy products”.

3.4   After item 10A, insert:

“10B

An establishment engaged in the processing or packing of dairy produce for export, being an establishment that: (a) is owned by a corporation; or (b) is owned by, or is part of, a co-operative; that exported less than 2000 tonnes of dairy produce in the preceding financial year

$1750.00”.
