Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations (Amendment) 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Act 1985.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations (Amendment) (being Statutory Rules 1996 No. 17) are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Regulation 10

2.1   Omit subregulation 10.2, substitute:

“10.2   Subregulation 13 (1):

Omit ‘item 5, 6, 7 or 8 of Schedule 2 or Schedule 3’, substitute ‘item 7, 8, 9 or 10 of Schedule 2’.

“10.2A   Subregulation 13 (1):

Omit ‘items 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Schedule 2 or Schedule 3’, substitute ‘items 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Schedule 2’.”.
