Export Inspection and Meat Charges Collection Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection and Meat Charges Collection Act 1985.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Export Inspection and Meat Charges Collection Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   New regulation 7

2.1   After regulation 6, insert:

Delegation by the Secretary

“7.

The Secretary may, in writing, delegate his or her powers under these Regulations (other than this power) to an officer of AQIS.”.
