An Act to amend Section Five of the Export Guarantee Act 1924.

BE it
enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of
Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Export
Guarantee Act 1925.
(2.) The Export Guarantee Act 1924 is in this Act referred to as
the Principal Act.
(3.) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Export
Guarantee Act 1924–1925.
Commencement.
2.This Act shall be deemed to have commenced on
the date of the commencement of the Principal Act.
Assistance to primary
production.
3. Section five of the Principal Act is amended
by omitting from sub-section (1.) thereof the words “in relation to the export
and marketing of primary produce” and inserting in their stead the words—
“—(a) in relation to the export and marketing of primary produce; and
