I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Amendment Act 2007, fix 1 July 2007 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
