AN ACT to repeal certain Export Duties.

[Assented to, /7th truly, 495.]

DE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and 1,) with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.     THIS Act may be cited as " The Export Duties Repeal Act , Short title

1895."

2.     THE Acts specified in the Schedule to this Act are repealed

to the extent in the third column of the said Schedule mentioned: Repeal.

Provided that this repeal shall not affect anything duly clone

under any enactment hereby repealed ; or any penalty or punish-

ment incurred in respect of any offence committed against any

enactment hereby repealed; or any legal proceeding or remedy in respect of such right, obligation, liability, penalty or punishment; and any such proceeding may be carried on and remedy had as if this Act had not been passed.
