1  Name of order

This order is the Export Control Legislation (Processed Fruits and Vegetables) Repeal Order 2014.

2  Commencement

This order commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

This order is made under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations 1982.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Repeals

Export Control (Processed Fruits and Vegetables) Orders made on 3 August 1987

1  The whole of the Orders

Repeal the Orders.

Schedule 2—Consequential amendments

Export Control (Fees) Orders 2001

1  Suborder 4(1)

Repeal the following definitions:

(a)  definition of processed fruits;

(b)  definition of processed vegetables.

2  Paragraphs 40A(1)(b) and (c)

Repeal the paragraphs.

3  Schedule 5 (subheading before table item 4)

Repeal the subheading.

4  Schedule 5 (table items 4 and 5)

Repeal the items.
