Export Control (Organic Goods) Rules 2021

Paragraph 2‑12(b)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

  1. (b)

    for each kind of organic goods:

    1. (i)

      the name of the organic operator who carries out the last operation to produce or prepare the organic goods for export; and

    2. (ii)

      if an identification number has been issued to that organic operator by an approved certifying body—that number;
