  1. Name of Orders

These Orders are the Export Control (Fees) Amendment Orders 2002 (No.1).

  1. Commencement

These Orders are deemed to have commenced on 1 April 2002.

  1. Amendment of Export Control (Fees) Orders 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Export Control (Fees) Orders 2001.

MSQA establishment means a registered establishment the operations at which for the preparation of prescribed goods of a particular kind or kinds are the subject of an approval in force under Part 32 of the Prescribed Goods (General) Orders 1985.

non-MSQA establishment means a registered establishment that is not an MSQA establishment.
