Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Explosives and Dangerous Goods
(Explosives) Amendment Regulations 2006.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006 or on the day on which they are published in the Government Gazette,

3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Explosives and

4. Second Schedule replaced
The Second Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -

8. Storage in public magazine - for each package and
