These regulations come into operation on I July 2004.

Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Explosives and Dangerous
Goods (Explosives) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            Commencement

29 June 2004 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2535

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Explosives and
Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1963*.

4.             Second Schedule replaced

The Second Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -
