Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Explosives and Dangerous
Goods (Explosives) Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Explosives and
Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 1963*.

4.            Second Schedule amended

The Second Schedule is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "140.00" and inserting instead — " 144.00 '';
(b)

by deleting "45.00" in each place where it occurs and " 46.50 '';

(c)	by deleting "300.00" and inserting instead — " 308.00 ";
(d)
