Explosives and Dangerous Goods (Dangerous

Goods Handling and Storage) Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Explosives and Dangerous Goods (Dangerous Goods Handling and Storage) Amendment Regulations 2006.
IFA	Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006 or on the day on which they are published in the Gazette, whichever is the later.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Explosives and
Dangerous Goods (Dangerous Goods Handling and Storage)
Regulations 1992*.

4.           Schedule 1 replaced

Schedule 1 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -

3.	For the issue or renewal of a licence when the premises are used or proposed to be used to store dangerous goods - according to the amount (in tonnes or kilolitres) to be stored or proposed to be stored -
