EXPLOSIVES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Explosives Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Explosives Regulations 1963* are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 59 amended

3.     Regulation 59 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

paragraph (3) and substituting the following paragraph -

(3) Tonnage Fees shall be those specified in the Second Schedule to

these regulations.

Second Schedule amended

4.     The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by deleting

the item that begins "Tonnage fees for magazines" and substituting the

following item —
