s1 2 s4 Explosives Amendment (No. 1) No. 241, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Explosives Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Explosives Regulation 1955 . ˙ Replacement of s 12 (Fees) 4. Section 12— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Fees ‘ 12.(1) In this section— “explosive of doubtful quality” means an explosive that, in the opinion of an inspector, does not have the composition, quality and character mentioned for the explosive in the register of explosives; “travel expenses” means, where an inspector has to travel to examine, test, inspect or sample explosives under the Act— (a) the cost of travel; and (b) the amount of the expenses to which the inspector is entitled under the Public Service Management and Employment Act 1988 . ‘ (2) The fees set out opposite the following matters are the fees payable for those matters— ‘ 1.
