Explosives Act Amendment Act 1981, No. 70 587 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Explosives Act Amendment Act 1981. (2) In this Act the Explosives Act1952-1980 is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Explosives Act1952-1981. 2. Amendment of Section 22. Explosive to be manufactured in licensed factory . Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by in the proviso to subsection (1) inserting after subparagraph (B) of paragraph (iv) the following subparagraph:- ii (C) a mixture formed by mixing ammonium nitrate to which has been added other non-explosive ingredients with any carbonaceous or organic substance or substances that is classified in accordance with the Order in Council dated 9th June, 1955 and published in the Queensland Government Gazette of 11th June, 1955 at page 762 as " Class 2-Nitrate- mixture class " ".
