for Attorney GeneralExplanatory note The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the short expressions that may be used in any information, complaint, summons, warrant, notice, order or other document to describe the following offences under the Fisheries Management Act 1994:
(a) the offence of failing to pay a recreational freshwater fishing fee when required or failing to be in possession of an official receipt for payment of the fee while taking fish for which payment of the fee is required (section 341 of the Act), (b) the offence of harming marine vegetation in a protected area without a permit (section 205 of the Act). This Regulation is made under the Justices Act 1902, including section 145B
( 2 ) and section 154 (the general regulation making power).

Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Management Act 1994:

Omit the matter relating to section 205 of the Fisheries Management
