Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Expiation of Offences (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2022.

Part 2—Amendment of Expiation of Offences Regulations 2011

3—Amendment of regulation 5—Reminder notices

Regulation 5(a)—delete "$67.00" and substitute:

$68.00

4—Amendment of regulation 6—Expiation enforcement warning notices

Regulation 6(a)—delete "$60.00" and substitute:

$61.00
