Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza) Notice 2007. 3 Omission of s 3 (Definitions) Section 3— omit. 4 Omission of pts 2 and 3 Parts 2 and 3— omit. 5 Amendment of s 8B (Notification of control areas—Act, s 18) Section 8B(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) The exact location of the boundaries of control area A and control area B is held in digital electronic form by the department. ‘(3) The information held in digital electronic form can be reduced or enlarged to show the details of the boundaries. ‘(4) Maps showing the exact location of the boundaries can be accessed, free of charge, on the department’s website.
