s1 2 s5 Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza) No. 323, 2007 Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2007 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Equine Influenza) Notice 2007. 3 Purpose of notice (1) One of the main purposes of this notice is to change the restricted area for equine influenza. (2) For applying part 3 of the notice after the commencement of this section, part 3 is taken to have commenced, in relation to the restricted area as amended under this notice, immediately after this section commences. 4 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) Section 3, definition quarantine area — omit. 5 Replacement of s 5 (Notification of restricted area—Act, s 10) Section 5— omit, insert— ‘5 Notification of restricted area—Act, s 10 ‘(1) For section 10(1) of the Act, the area shown as the restricted area on the map in the schedule, held by the department, is a restricted area for equine influenza. ‘(2) The exact location of the boundary of the restricted area is held in digital electronic form by the department.
