Exotic Diseases in Animals (Avian Paramyxovirus) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Avian Paramyxovirus) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Avian Paramyxovirus) Notice 2011 . 3 Replacement of s 5 (Declaration—Act, s 10A) Section 5— omit, insert — ‘5 Declaration—Act, s 10A ‘The movement of any of the following from New South Wales or Victoria into the restricted area is restricted— (a) a pigeon; (b) a pigeon egg; (c) a fitting used with pigeons.’.
