s1 2 s4 Exotic Diseases in Animals (Avian Influenza) No. 484, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Avian Influenza) Notice 1994 . ˙ Application 2. This notice applies to all birds in the avian influenza infected and control zones. ˙ Infected zone 3. Lot 3, RP 209494, parish of Tarampa, county of Churchill is an avian influenza infected zone. 1 ˙ Control zone 4. Land outside the infected zone but within the following boundaries is an avian influenza control zone— • the Forest Hill—Fernvale Road from its intersection with Wyatte’s Road to the Brisbane River • the Brisbane River from its intersection with the Forest Hill—Fernvale Road to the mouth of Lockyer Creek • between the mouth of Lockyer Creek and Roseborough Road • along Roseborough Road and Mahon Road to Lockyer Creek at the western boundary of lot 131 RP CA 3115 • along Lockyer Creek to Nunn Road • along Nunn Road to Wyatte’s Road • along Wyatte’s Road to its intersection with the Forest Hill—Fernvale Road. 1 The land is in the Shire of Esk, near Lowood.
