Exotic Diseases in Animals (Acarine and Varroa Mites) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Acarine and Varroa Mites) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Exotic Diseases in Animals (Acarine and Varroa Mites) Notice 2007. 3 Amendment of s 7 (Restricted movements—Act, s 10A) Section 7(2), definition bee product — omit, insert— ‘ bee product includes the following— • beeswax, other than processed beeswax in the form of a block or foundation for hives • beeswax comb • extracted honey, other than extracted honey sealed in a container and processed honey bought from a supermarket or grocery store • pollen • propolis • royal jelly.’. 4 Replacement of schedule (Restricted area) Schedule— omit, insert— Page 2 2009 SL No. 200
