EXOTIC DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT 1993

EXOTIC DISEASES (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Exotic Diseases (General)

Amendment Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day after the day on which

they are published in the Gazette.

Regulation 13E amended

3. Regulation 13E (4) of the Exotic Diseases (General) Regulations* is

amended by deleting "$85" and substituting the following —

" $88 ".
