Application for approval of the Exodus Doors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026.
Exodus Doors Pty Ltd as Trustee for the McConnell Family Trust has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Exodus Doors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 18 October 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 11 October 2026.
