Application for termination of the Exide Technologies Elizabeth, Enterprise Agreement 2012.

[1] On 7 August 2015, Exide Australia Pty Ltd T/A Exide Technologies made an application to terminate the Exide Technologies Elizabeth, Enterprise Agreement 2012 (the Agreement) under s.225 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).

[2] I have considered the information provided in the application and pursuant to s.225 of the Act, I am satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.226 of the Act. Accordingly, the Agreement is terminated.

[3] The termination will come into effect from 15 October 2015.
