Exemption from Restrictions on Transfer of Assets (No. 1 of 2011)

I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, make the following exemption under subsection 18(5) of the National Transmission Network Sale Act 1998 (the Act).

1. Name of Instrument

This instrument is the Exemption from Restrictions on Transfer of Assets (No.1 of 2011).

1. Commencement

This instrument commences on 1 January 2014.

1. Definitions

In this instrument:

Asset has the same meaning in section 3 of the Act.

1. Exemption

The land being Lot 6908, Town of Darwin, located at 16 Blake Street, The Gardens, Darwin, Northern Territory, and described in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 662 Folio 767, is an exempt asset for the purpose of subsection 18(5) of the Act.
