I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Excise Act 1901.

Circumstances under which remissions, rebates and refunds are made

Regulation 50 is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (q) “23 May 1984” and “30 April” and substituting “24 August 1983” and “10 May” respectively.
